Online Access
Access To Health Records
As of 1st November 2023, patients can access any prospective health record information from this date via their online medical record. The easiest way to access this is via online service such as the NHS App. There are 2 steps involved;
Step 1 - Download the NHS App and register online

Proxy Access to Health Records
If you are a carer or relative for a patient and would like to be considered for Proxy Online Access to assist someone you care for who is registered with us, please use the online triage form under 'Other admin request'.
