Practice Team
Administration & Secretarial Team
The secretaries and admin staff also help with the smooth running of the surgery with regard to hospital referrals etc. They can be contacted during the hours of 2pm to 4pm.
During the hours outside of these times, they are busy taking dictation from GPs and are not able to be interrupted.

Reception Team
They are supervised by Ms Katie Grant (f) our Office Manager, and are there to assist you in making emergency and routine appointments to see your doctor, undertake repeat prescriptions and deal with any queries you may have.
They are trained to do a difficult and demanding job and are there to help you to the very best of their ability. If you have any queries or concerns about any matters to do with the Practice, Katie is there to help you in the first instance, if our Reception team are not able to answer your query.
