How to access your test results

• Option 1: call the reception team via our dedicated test results line, after 2pm Monday to Friday. If you require a printout of your results, the Reception Team can arrange this for you to pick up from the reception desk
• Option 2: Patient access app – to gain access for patient access you need to complete the form and hand it to the reception team along with Proof of address and photo ID
