Key Information

• This annual review is a "yearly MOT" for your lungs, where we work together to make sure your COPD is managed as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
• We will have a supportive conversation about your breathing over the last year, any flare-ups you've had, and any questions or worries you want to discuss.
• A vital part of the review is checking your inhaler technique to make sure the medicine is getting to your lungs effectively.
• Important: You must bring all your inhalers and any spacers (aerochambers) you use to your appointment.

Attending this review is one of the most effective things you can do to prevent flare-ups and stay well. The goal is to create a clear, personalised plan that optimises your treatment and gives you the confidence to manage your COPD effectively.
