How to Book an Appointment

Key Information

• For Nurse/HCA Appointments: Please call the practice on 0161 983 5850, choose option 1, then option 2.
• For GP Appointments: The process starts by completing a short online form, which you can find on our website or by requesting a link via text when you call us.
• No Internet Access?: If you cannot use the online form, please call us and our reception team can fill it out with you over the phone.
• A GP reviews every form the same day to decide the best next step, and we will contact you with a routine booking link or a same-day appointment if it's clinically urgent.

What Happens Next?

Once your online form for a GP appointment is submitted, it is reviewed by one of our GPs on the same day.

The GP will assess the clinical details you provide to decide the best next step, who the best person is to help, and how quickly you need to be seen.

If your issue is clinically urgent, our reception team will contact you to arrange a same-day appointment.

For more routine matters, we will usually send you a text message with a private link, allowing you to book an appointment slot that suits you.

Urgent Appointments & Other Options

We have dedicated appointments for urgent issues that arise on the day, including specific slots for children under 12.

We also offer extended hours appointments in the evenings and on some Saturday mornings.

If you have a preferred GP, please mention that on the form and we will do our best to accommodate this.
