How to Request a Home Visit
All requests for home visits will be medically assessed. Please note that home visits are for housebound patients who are unable to travel. When patients or relatives request a home visit, if the patient requires immediate or urgent medical attention then the receptionist or doctor may advise the patient or relative to consider calling a 999 ambulance if the medical condition deteriorates whilst waiting for a home visit. All requests for home visits will be triaged by a clinician.
Please phone and request a telephone consultation in order for the home visit request to be assessed
